Ride along as we travel to Cass, West Virginia for high lights of the 1992 Cass Railfan Weekend. You'll start off in the shop area as our locomotives are prepared to do battle with Cheat Mountain. Next is the Great Shay Race with Shay 2, Shay 5, and Shay 6 running side by side by side along the former C&O Greenbrier Division. Next we'll climb aboard behind Shays 2 and 5 as they doublehead their train up Cheat Mountain. Right behind will be the largest Shay ever built, western Maryland 6, on her inaugural run up the mountain to Spruce. From Spruce you'll continue up the Cabin Fork Branch to the end of the line behind Shays 2 and 5 as they battle the 9% grade to Bald Knob. This is mountain and logging railroading at its best with three of the finest Shays in the country operation in the land "Where The Shay Rules Cheat Mountain."
