The Oregon Pony, reported to be the oldest surviving steam locomotive in the US outside the Smithsonian Instute. It was built in San Francisco in 1863 or there about. It was used on a portage railroad along the Columbia River and in 1906 was used to haul debris from the earthquake out into the harbor. Interesting little Locomotive that I hope one day to build in 1:20.3 scale or maybe 7/8 scale. It will depend on the wheel spacing. Lloyd
